Project WDD and ambitions:
World Drummers' Day is a non-commercial project, initiated by Christian Schages and his both drum schools in Germany, that are called Schlagzeugschule Krefeld and Schlagzeugschule Rheinberg.
We want to establish a day of glory for all drummers and percussionists all over the world every year on 04th April.
First of all we need much more likes on our facebook sites, followers at Instagram amd in our own created Apps, to acquire supporters for this project.
Everyone of you may and should celebrate WDD e.g. with (public) motto parties in your home town.
We soon want WDD to be celebrated by everyone everywhere in the world individualy - but not commercial.
But please notice and accept these conditions.

Friday, April 4th, 2025 is now the 12th World Drummers' Day! We have already made good progress in our goal of establishing this day of honor for drummers and percussionists every year on April 4th and are continuing to work on making it even better known and maintaining its popularity. The date 04.04. is symbolic of the probably most frequently played rhythm, the 4/4 time.
There have already been events, press, newspaper and/or TV reports, as well as prominent participation from almost all of Europe, Africa, the USA, China, India, Turkey and Australia. Entire radio programs have already revolved around World Drummers' Day several times.
Motto: This year we are drumming for more kindness, respect and tolerance, because this are the basis of every interaction and a prerequisite for better understanding among themselves and togetherness. Kindness costs nothing, but it is not in vain. We should try to show respect for all people. And if this too sometimes difficult, we should at least have sufficient tolerance towards them bring up people who are or think differently than us.
Maybe you would like to dedicate a report to this day or plan an interview with me as the inventor of World Drummer Day? -Speak to me, I would be happy to answer your questions.
At least it would be nice if you could name and describe our non-commercial project, "World Drummer Day" (WDD), in your medium and/or publish a corresponding post on your social network channels.
We also invite everyone to join in because "drumming brings people together", the interaction creates a "natural high and can significantly move and connect humanity". This emerges from a study by the University of Oxford. That's why our message for everyone who wants to take part: Let's get started right away. Drum as hard as you can, upload your videos now. A photo, picture, poem or something else creative will do. In any case, please tag your works with these two hashtags:

the local royal family.

Incidentally, World Drummer Day has also been on Wikipedia for a few years and is regularly supported by print media, TV or radio contributions, as well as individuals and followers of our project. The German press agency dpa also offered an interview for radio stations the year before last.
World Drummers' Day has existed since 2013, the project itself comes from Krefeld, is non-commercial and is now national to the music scene, and is already more or less known in many countries from specialist/press, radio and television. Due to the most frequently played 4/4 rhythm, it takes place annually on April 4th (04/04) and will be organized online again this year by me and my two drum schools, namely the Krefeld drum school (Schlagzeugschule Krefeld) and the Rheinberg drum school (Schlagzeugschule Rheinberg). World Drummers' Day will take place again this year on social media. We are looking forward to it and wish everyone a "Happy World Drummers' Day!" on April 4th!
